How do I purchase a training video?

If you do not already have an account, the first time you purchase a training video:

  1. Visit the Buy Videos page and select your version of ACT!
  2. Click on your desired course(s), enter the quantity required and click 'ADD'.
  3. To buy more videos click 'Back to videos' button, and add other videos to your cart.
  4. Click 'Place your order', and you will be redirected to complete our account registration form.
  5. Complete the account registration form.
  6. Make your secure online payment.

If you already have an account, login with your username and password. Once logged in, you will be able to purchase from the Buy Videos page.

When can I start using the training video?

As soon as you make your payment, we will send your login details by email. When you receive them, click the 'account activation' link, and follow the instructions to complete your account setup process. You can then log in to the subscriber area of our website to get immediate access the videos you have purchased.

How often can I view the training videos I have purchased?

Whenever you wish. betterACTnow is operational 24/7, 365 days a year.

How long do I have access to the courses I have purchased?

You will have unlimited access for 12 months from date of first use.

How are the videos delivered?

We use industry-strength streaming servers to deliver high quality video through Microsoft's Windows Media Player technology direct to your PC.

What software do I require?

You will require a recent web browser such as Microsoft IE7, Mozilla or Netscape 9 and Windows Media Player version 9 or higher installed on your computer.

Are speakers / headphones required?

Yes, every training video contains audio commentary. To hear the commentary and get the most from the training video, your computer must be capable of audio playback via speakers or headphones connected to you computer. In a multi-user office environment, we recommend you use headphones.

Do I need a broadband connection to view these videos?

Yes, we recommend you have a DSL or ADSL connection.

I've purchased a training video, can I share it with others?

Each training video is licensed to only one person, so you may not share the series with anyone else.

What if I forget my username and/or password?

Use the forgotten password facility to send a new password to your email address. If you have forgotten your username, please contact us.
